Mourning the loss on behalf of all trucker’s wives

Dear Editor:

Although I’m a few weeks behind in hearing, I’ve just been informed of our wonderful friend Kelly Livingstone, (atruckerswife.com founder and Truck News columnist) losing her dear husband and trucker, Randy.

Goose bumps are running up and down my body, tears are filling my eyes and fear strikes me. I can’t even begin to imagine how she must feel. Dear God! I am too far away to hug and comfort my dear friend, but I would like to ask that we all pray for her and her loved ones.

Although I never got a chance to meet him, we as trucker’s wives are a close-knit family and it’s a loss to all of us. As I sit here crying, I can’t stop thinking it could have been my trucker.

Kelly – our love and prayers go out to you in this tragic time.

You must keep your chin up and your thoughts to the future. Love your babies and cherish every day. Know in your heart we are all there for you and behind you 100 per cent. I can’t tell you the number of times you and the ladies on your site have helped me through troubled waters. I’ll do the same for you. You will always be a trucker’s wife!

Lots of love to you and yours…

Laci Mulder,
