HALIFAX, N.S. – The Nova Scotia Department of Transport and Public Works intends to twin Hwy. 101 for 49 kilometres, and wait before completing the remaining 74 kms. Transportation Minister Ron Russell conceeds he might not have been clear when he first explained the timing of the highway construction project. n
