LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Western Technologies International Inc., a new manufacturer of fuel enhancers and a distributor of fuel and emissions reduction devices, introduced a new muffler and fuel enhancement agent at the Mid-America Trucking Show. Kevin Buckman, CEO of Western Technologies International Inc, made the announcement.

“After a number of years of successful testing of the TurboRamjet muffler and the Fuel TurboRamJet, testing data indicates fuel reduction and increased performance,” said Buckman, adding the test data showed there was significant reduction in pollution with an increase in power and fuel economy at the same time.

Buckman also announced the introduction of the NoNox line of fuel enhancement products for trucks, cars, refineries, and all users of fossil fuels.

This includes a NoNox enhancer for ethanol as well as one for biodiesel.

Testing continues

These fuel additives and blending agents are continuing to undergo testing with exciting results in engine performance and pollution reduction, Buckman said.

With each of the TurboRamJet Products there are significant reductions in fuel usage, he said.

“This includes a range of six to 25 per cent in fuel usage for each of the TurboRamJet products,” he said.

“If a typical transport truck does 100,000 miles a year at four to six MPG, that’s at big cost savings each year. With reductions of just 10 per cent a fleet of one thousand trucks could save several millions of dollars each year and reduce the amount of pollution by tons.”

The new fuel ionization device, the Fuel TurboRamJetT, provides increased engine efficiency with a significant reduction in emissions, Buckman said.

With fuel passing through the RamJet, it creates smaller and more dissipated fuel droplets that allows for a more complete burn, which results in not only saving fuel, but increasing power and torque, while at the same time, reducing emissions and soot in the oil.

The Fuel TurboRamJetT treats both gasoline and diesel fuels. The product testing also produced a variety of environmental benefits from usage of the Fuel TurboRamJet, said Buckman.

Up to 80 per cent exhaust opacity reduction

Up to 66 per cent reduction of soot

Up to 31 per cent reduction of nitrous oxide

Up to 20 per cent reduction of carbon dioxide

West Tech will be selling another first of its kind product: the Allison Heavy Duty Air Filter with a lifetime warranty.

Re-usable filter

This filter comes with a kit and can be cleaned and re-used. Buckman said the filter increases the flow of air by up to 300 per cent.

“It enhances the TurboRamJet muffler by increasing the flow of oxygen delivery to the engine on the intake side and the vacuum pull from the muffler at the other side which serves as an inner cooler for the engine.”
