EDMONTON, Alta. – Mack Trucks anointed Nortrux as the winner of the Mack Canada Distributor of the Year award for 2006.

The Edmonton-based dealer was founded in 1987 as Northern Mack. Current president and general manager of Nortrux, Art Langner, is one of the company’s founders.

Nortrux acquired three new locations in February 2007 and now has a total of five dealerships in Alberta. The company’s dedication to quality service was demonstrated when it became the first truck dealership in Canada to achieve IS09001 registration.

Every year, Mack acknowledges the efforts and contributions of its dealer network by honoring high performing distributors in its US and Canada business units.

401 Trucksource, of Windsor, Ont. was named Canada Mack Leasing System Dealer of the Year.
