Clarke Inc. has announced two appointments to its executive team. Robert Normandeau has been appointed to chief operating officer for Clarke’s non-freight transportation business, and Neil Morley will become Clarke’s vice-president and chief financial officer.
“Robert Normandeau and Neil Morley have each served Clarke for a number of years, and bring a wealth of skills and experience to help us achieve our goals to deliver profitable growth for our shareholders,” said George Armoyan, president and CEO of Clarke. “In their new roles, they will be well-positioned to help drive and support our strategic and opportunistic investment strategy to build shareholder value.”
Normandeau had been Clarke’s vice-president and general counsel from April 2005 to October 2006. Morley joined Clarke in May 2005 as the company’s controller, and was appointed vice-president of accounting in September 2006. n
