Eaton Corporation has made remanufactured, medium-duty manual transmissions with genuine Fuller components available for the first time at original equipment manufacturers dealerships throughout North America.

All of the Fuller Reman transmissions are certified to Eaton specifications and come with a minimum one-year, unlimited mileage warranty for parts and labour that is fully transferable and accepted throughout the US and Canada.

“Only Eaton can offer a lineup of remanufactured transmissions with the same OEM-quality components that are used with new transmissions,” said Gustavo Cruz, business unit manager – remanufacturing. “These include the use of long-life synchronizers, enhanced seals and shift bar housings, all of which will help bring about productivity and vehicle uptime improvements.”

The launch of the program will initially cover five model numbers, all six-speed designs; and all units are assembled and performance tested at the Eaton Reman Center in Greenfield, Ind.
