ROSENAU DONATES TRACTOR-TRAILER

Rosenau Transport has given the Alberta Motor Transport Association (AMTA) a tractor-trailer to use for training and advocacy purposes. Company president Carl Rosenau has been one of the association’s most ardent supporters for 20 years, and wanted to help the not-for-profit association. The gesture was appreciated.

“An association’s effectiveness is measured by the level of engagement and support received by the industry it serves. AMTA is strong in member support,” said executive director Don Wilson. “We are very grateful to Carl Rosenau for his generous donation.”

The trailer was decorated with the logos of the AMTA’s biggest ‘boosters,’ including Michelin, which chipped in a set of wide-base tires. Of course, pushing for the allowance of full weights on single tires is one of the AMTA’s most pressing objectives. Kudos to Carl for the kind donation and to the AMTA for putting it to good use.
