Saskatchewan carriers join forces

REGINA, Sask. – Schneider Group of Companies and Prudhomme Trucks, both Regina-based trucking companies, recently revealed they are combining operations. The deal will see the creation of a $40 million company with 275 employees. Schneider will become the parent of the new organization.

The two organizations currently offer a wide array of complimentary services.

While Schneider Group of Companies provides primarily flatdeck carrier service within North America, as well as truckload van services in western and central Canada, as well as into the southwestern US. Customers should expect no disruption in service. Both companies will continue to operate from their existing locations in Regina following the merger.
