Thermo King rolls out new PM program (September 01, 2005)
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Thermo King has launched a nation-wide preventive maintenance program the company says provides dependable service and consistent pricing.
Premier Maintenance is available now through authorized Thermo King dealerships, the company says.
“With this new program, customers will experience the convenience of Thermo King’s certified service and consistent nationwide pricing,” says Duane Felumlee, Thermo King category specialist, OE parts. “Also convenient is the fact that many of our participating dealerships have extended hours, driver amenities, available mobile service and a variety of other useful services for customers.”
The service is provided by certified technicians using only Thermo King parts for Thermo King and Carrier reefer units. The company says customers will benefit from excellent parts availability and the backing of Thermo King’s warranty.
A selection of preventive maintenance programs are available including Thermo King Premier (US$124.95) which includes an oil filter, fuel filter, oil and 30-point inspection and Thermo King PremierPlus (US$169.95) including an oil filter, fuel filter, oil and 70-point inspection.
