On behalf of the Wellness Committee at Armour Transportation Systems, we would like to sincerely thank you for including a section in Trucks News dedicated to health and wellness-related topics.
We are one year into our wellness program and it is going tremendously well. Our goal is to provide opportunities that will promote healthy lifestyles in a healthy workplace. The wellness articles in your magazine are so appealing because they relate directly to drivers and provide insight into the challenges they face in living a healthy lifestyle and solutions to overcoming some of these challenges.
