MORGAN BAY, St. Lucia – The Toronto Trucking Association’s 2005 Convention is going to be held at the four-star all-inclusive St. James Club in Morgan Bay, St. Lucia.

This beautiful beachfront resort is situated on Choc Bay and is surrounded by spacious gardens.

The facilities include three restaurants four bars, three pools, four tennis courts, a sauna, a steam room, a fitness facility, a beauty salon, a mini-spa, a water sports centre and a nearby 18 hole golf course.

Included in the cost of the trip is roundtrip airfare from Toronto, roundtrip transfers, accommodation as selected, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

All international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and afternoon tea will also be available.

The flight will depart Toronto on Feb. 5 at 8:35 a.m. and arrive in St. Lucia at 2:30 p.m. and on Feb. 12 the plane will depart St. Lucia at 3:50 p.m. and arrive in Toronto at 8:25 p.m.

All accommodations include air conditioning, sitting area, cable TV, in-room safe, iron, balcony or patio, full bathroom, hairdryer, and coffee/tea maker.

Standard room comes with garden view, terrace, one king or two twin beds. Superior room comes with the same as standard only you will have partial ocean view and balcony. Deluxe rooms come with the same amenities as a standard but you will also be on the ocean front and have a balcony or terrace.

The activities included are snorkelling, windsurfing, sunfish sailing, hobie cat sailing, banana boat rides, water skiing, pedal boating, tennis, badminton, aerobics, golf (3 rounds per week) and nightly entertainment.

A manager’s weekly cocktail party, beach chairs, pool chairs, towels will also be provided for your comfort.

Prices are based on double occupancy but single or triple occupancy prices are available upon request.

The following prices are based on receiving your booking and deposit by Sept. 13. If booking after the due date you should contact the TTA office for the new price, as you will not qualify for the early booking bonus. A non-refundable $150 deposit is required and the final payments are due Nov. 29 as well, insurance premiums will be added to each price.

The price for standard room accommodation is $2,130; for superior room accommodation, the price is $2,240 and deluxe accommodation will cost $2,360. All prices include transfers and taxes.
