MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – Wabash National has acquired the Breadner Group for undisclosed terms.

“It gives our customers access to broader, more innovative product lines” and allows Breadner to better serve its customers, says Breadner spokesman Craig Sterling.

Breadner operates 10 facilities in six provinces and had revenues of US$135 million in fiscal 2000.

Train Trailer, an independently-owned trailer leasing and rental dealership, will continue to sell and service the full line of trailers manufactured by Wabash National.

Train Trailer, founded in 1971, recently became an Ontario dealer for Wabash National. n
