CHATHAM, Ont. – Waycon International Trucks Ltd. celebrated its 25th year of business with a $1 million investment in dealership facility upgrades.

“The current re-investment in our business means we can offer truck maintenance and repair service 24/7,” says Wayne Connor, president of Waycon.

Waycon currently employs 85 people, and is now hiring a fourth and fifth shift of technicians so that customers can have their trucks serviced on weekends or when their operations are shut down.

Waycon International is a medium and heavy truck dealer and Connor says he is encouraged by International Truck and Engine Corporation’s commitment to the development of Class 5 through 8 trucks.
