CALGARY, Alta. – A number of truck enthusiasts descended on Calgary’s Race City Motorsport Park on Aug. 25 and 26 for Pro Trucker Magazine’s Alberta Big Rig Weekend. The two-day event featured exhibition races and a show’n’shine, which attracted some of the finest rigs in the trucking industry. The top trophy winners from the weekend event included:

Best In Show – Working: Alan Tuttle, 2003 Peterbilt 379;

Best In Show – Non-Working: T.Glen/D.Fisher, 2001 Peterbilt 379;

People’s Choice: Jeremy Comeau, 2007 Peterbilt 379;

Day Cab: Jeff Leslie, 1989 Peterbilt 377;

Sleeper Unit: Ryan Danlychuk, 2001 Peterbilt 379;

Truck/Trailer Combo: Alan Tuttle, 2003 Peterbilt 379;

Specialty Truck: Rick Boyd, 2006 Peterbilt 379;
