Bendix-Dana joint venture completes management team selection

ELYRIA, Ohio — Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake LLC announced the appointment of Bill Mossing as assistant general manager to join Kishor Pendse, president of the new joint venture business.

Mossing, who will begin his post on Sept. 1, most recently served as director of operations for Dana’s Commercial Vehicle Systems division. He will be responsible for the operational performance of the joint venture, including quality, supply chain and advanced manufacturing engineering. He will also lead the integration efforts as the two parent organizations bring the new operation to market.

He joined Dana Corporation in 1989 as a systems engineer and has advanced throughout the organization holding a variety of engineering, large-scale project management operations and IT leadership positions. He holds a masters degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Toledo.
