Cargado Chat connects brokers, carriers
Freight marketplace Cargado launched Cargado Chat, a communication platform built for the logistics industry that brings conversations into a secure, organized, and searchable place.
Cargado Chat is available now in private beta, with a broader rollout planned for the end of the year, according to a news release. Brokers and carriers can communicate in real time, verify who they’re talking to, and keep every message organized by load.
“Cargado Chat replaces the chaos of disconnected communication across WhatsApp, email, and text messages,” said Matt Silver, CEO and co-founder of Cargado. “It gives brokers and carriers a shared, organized place where every load and every message lives in context. It’s where communication moves at the speed of freight.”

Every conversation is searchable and visible for the entire team without being cc’d on every conversation bloating broker and carrier inboxes. Key features include verified profiles with multi-factor authentication for secure, spam-free communication and instant translations for seamless multilingual collaboration.
Messaging tools such as threads, mentions and read receipts speed coordination, while freight-specific design links every chat to a load, carrier or broker. AI organizes conversations into bids and flags key details, with searchable history and team threads keeping everyone connected.
