Carrier Logistics launches online payment tool FACTSPay
Carrier Logistics (CLI) has introduced FACTSPay, an online payment portal that allows shippers to pay freight invoices directly through the company’s FACTS transportation management system.
CLI says the platform is designed to reduce administrative work for LTL carriers while improving cash flow by streamlining billing and collections. Shippers can view open invoices, shipment charges and backup documentation instantly through the portal.
The system is powered by Stripe, a California-based payment processing company that acts as an aggregator, handling transactions through flexible ACH or credit card payment options. FACTSPay can be branded with a company’s name, logo and style.

“We’re giving shippers an easier, more convenient way to pay their freight invoices,” said Ben Wiesen, president of Carrier Logistics. “Shippers have made it clear they want self-service payment options that allow them to pay by credit card or ACH without needing to contact customer service.”
Carrier Logistics says the new tool extends the capabilities of its FACTS platform, which provides optimization, dispatch, routing, cross-dock management and back-office functions for LTL carriers and last-mile providers.
