CarriersEdge library designed to put concepts into action

CarriersEdge has added a new resource library, Put it into Practice, which offers ideas for subject-specific follow-up activities that are designed to help drivers better understand or retain concepts delivered in driver training courses.

The library gives administrators suggestions on how to use driver incentives, surveys, social media, classroom activities, hands-on practice, driver communication strategies, and more to better support driver education and safety programs, the company adds.

Courses with the library include Distracted Driving, Defensive Driving, Injury Prevention, Vehicle Inspection, Weights and Dimensions, and others.

The addition was inspired by successful activities at companies recognized by the Best Fleets to Drive For program, administered by CarriersEdge in a partnership with the Truckload Carriers Association.
