Cattron offering Tyro 2S remote control systems in North America
Cattron, maker of radio remote control systems for mobile equipment, transportation and construction equipment, has made its products available in North America.
It is offering the Tyro 2S line of wireless remote control systems, which it says complements its products previously offered in Europe for more than 20 years.

The company says its Tyro 2S is designed for demanding and highly specialized mobile equipment applications. With IP65 to IP68 ratings, they’re designed to withstand shock, impact, dust, moisture and water.
They support 915 MHz frequencies for use in North America and 2.4 GHz for global use. Customers can personalize the transmitter with specific icons and symbols that match those on their equipment’s control interface.
Transmitters and receivers are available within the Tyro 2S line. Other features include one-button pairing and an LCD screen that provides real-time feedback from connected equipment.
Applications range from truck-mounted cranes to flatbed loaders and recovery vehicles.
“We are proud to offer U.S. and Canadian customers the same level of performance and reliability that European customers have appreciated from Tyro for years,” said Cattron CEO Ryan Wooten. “Tyro products bolster our global portfolio with a proven remote control solution for mobile equipment applications.”
