Clarience Technologies partners with Wabash, Meritor

by Today's Trucking

Clarience Technologies announced at the Technology & Maintenance Council’s spring meetings, new alliances between its Road Ready trailer telematics platform with both Wabash and Meritor.

The Wabash deal covers dealer stock trailers that will come with a trial subscription of connected services from Road Ready, the company announced. The telematics hardware will come already installed on new Wabash dealer stock trailers and customers will get a 90-day trial upon delivery. It will provide asset tracking, and allow customers to drill down into trailer data over a trip. They can access everything from temperature, weight distribution, volumetric cargo capacity, door status and more.

Meritor, for its part, is joining Road Ready’s LogIQ smart partner network, making its smart component data accessible through the Road Ready platform. It becomes the 11th member of Road Ready’s LogIQ program. Clarience says customers will be able to access Meritor data through its FleetFiz fleet management system using a single portal.
