ConMet has announced an enhanced warranty for its TruckWings aerodynamic device, extending coverage from one year or 100,000 miles to five years or 500,000 miles for customers in the U.S. and Canada. ConMet said in a news release the updated warranty aligns with the first-owner life of the tractor, providing long-term peace of mind and reinforcing confidence in the product’s reliability.

TruckWings, designed to reduce drag on Class 8 trucks, has accumulated over one billion miles of real-world operation, the company said in a release. The device uses rugged, weather-resistant materials, including fiber-reinforced plastic and aluminum, to withstand extreme conditions across North America.

The enhanced warranty covers critical components such as the actuator and airflow control box, electronics and sensors, panels, and side and top extenders. Routine maintenance and specific parts like side panel hinge bushings remain excluded from the coverage.
