TOLEDO, Ohio — Dana Corp. is set to emerge from bankruptcy, having secured US$2 billion in funding that will allow it to escape from Chapter 11 protection by the end of February.

“This is a significant step toward our emergence as a strong, financially stable company,” Mike Burns, CEO of Dana said yesterday.
