Decisiv launches fleet scorecard
Decisiv will begin providing fleets with a new quarterly Fleet Best Practices Scorecard designed to measure performance in reducing downtime and increasing revenue. It will be offered at no cost, beginning with data from Q1 2025.
“The top performing fleets using the Decisiv SRM platform are reducing days out of service for maintenance and repairs and increasing revenue by employing best practices,” said Tim Hardin, president of Decisiv, in a news release. “The Decisiv Fleet Best Practices Scorecard highlights those key metrics that help fleets better understand their overall service performance. It also illustrates the ongoing value for fleets in using the scorecard to help focus on areas where improvement will yield measurable increases in asset availability.”

The scorecard assesses how fleets use Decisiv’s SRM platform across several major OEM dealership networks. Best practice metrics are based on 10 criteria. Among the most significant are days out of service, cases with service requests, which reflect fleet-initiated maintenance events; and cases with notes to dealers, which track digital communications between fleets and service providers.
Decisiv says fleets can use the scorecard to enforce consistency across service networks, monitor improvement, and benchmark their performance against peers.
