Dispatch Science has unveiled a unified logistics platform that combines an enterprise transportation management system with DSX, a suite of tools designed to help carriers and shippers customize workflows and automate decisions.

The AI-driven platform merges core operations with extensibility tools, allowing users to apply custom business rules, automate workflows in real time and connect with existing technology stacks through integrations and APIs, the company said.

“The last-mile industry has been stuck choosing between systems that work out of the box but can’t adapt, or platforms that require endless customization and maintenance,” said Arthur Axelrad, co-founder and CEO of Dispatch Science. “We’re introducing a third path — a platform where the TMS and the tools to extend it exist together.”

Dispatch Science says DSX includes three core solutions. DataBridge, an integration layer that unifies APIs, EDI and file exchanges; DataSync, which securely replicates operational data for reporting and internal use; and DataHive, an upcoming analytics platform that will allow carriers to build custom dashboards, documents and visualizations.

The company said the platform can adapt to changing business needs — such as new pricing structures or acquisitions — without requiring major system overhauls. Its AI layer operates within daily workflows to support routing, pricing, driver coaching and settlement decisions, while Dispatch Science continues to release updates on an eight-week cycle.
