Doleco introduces full-color printing for cargo straps
Doleco USA has launched what it calls the first full-color digital printing technology for cargo straps in the market, allowing fleets and trailer manufacturers to add multicolor logos, photos, QR codes and complex graphics to securement equipment.
The digital printer, installed at Doleco’s Charlotte, N.C., facility, replaces traditional rubber stencils and ink pads with a digital system that allows for same-day samples, smudge-free printing, and fast turnaround.

“Now we have the ability to print virtually anything on these ubiquitous cargo straps, putting brand messaging in front of millions on our nation’s roads and highways,” said Ralph Abato, president and managing director of Doleco USA, in a news release.
The digital press prints full-color images on 1- to 4-inch webbing, with digital design files stored for future reorders or modifications. Minimum orders start at just 50 straps, and one-piece samples are available at no cost, the company added.
