Doran Manufacturing launched the Doran 360 SmartLink TPMS Tablet, a tool designed to streamline the collection of tire pressure and temperature data during equipment inspections. The company claims its tablet allows users to wirelessly read and record digital tire data, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of tire checks.

Built on an Android platform, the tablet communicates with Doran’s tire pressure sensors to provide real-time data. This device is useful for off-road applications, including articulated haul trucks, wheel loaders, and mobile cranes, Doran said in a news release. The system’s One-Click technology enables technicians to download tire data for each vehicle, simplifying the process and reducing the potential for manual errors.

The tablet stores the collected data and can export it as an Excel .csv file, making it easier for fleets to integrate this information into their existing tire management systems for better organization and record-keeping, helping maintain proper tire inflation.

The device is also designed for rugged environments, protected by a durable cover, and features a user-friendly interface. It requires no additional software or monthly fees, and updates are provided directly via wi-fi.
