GALESBURG, Mich. – Eaton announced today that it has enhanced its lineup of FLEX Reman transmissions with three new initiatives.
The introduction of 12 new part numbers, each with forward shift bar housings that complement the existing standard shift bar housing transmission offerings.
The addition of the RTO 16908LL 10-speed model, which is popular in a variety of on/off-highway vocational applications.
The FLEX program also now includes the implementation of a new delivery policy that can provide same day shipments.
The company claims the new models were added to expand the availability of the popular aftermarket transmissions and are offered for all makes and models of trucks in North America. They will be available starting July 1.
Eaton is also speeding things up, promising all FLEX Reman orders received by 2 p.m. local time are shipped that day from one of Eaton’s 16 logistics centres in the US.
“By adding the RTO-16908LL model and the forward version of each of these other popular transmission models to the FLEX portfolio, as well as dramatically improving availability of the FLEX lineup, Eaton is better able to serve our customers’ needs,” said Bill Fouch, aftermarket marketing manager, Eaton Vehicle Group.
All FLEX Reman transmissions are made with 100% genuine Eaton components and have a two-year, unlimited miles base warranty.
