Eaton to distribute Bezares flow pump

Eaton will distribute a new Bezares variable flow pump designed for applications in agriculture, forestry, load handling, snow removal, and waste collection.

The pump, available in 95, 110, and 130 cc/rev displacement options, features pressure and flow adjustment through load-sensing technology to enhance efficiency across various operations.

A key advantage of the pump is its selectable rotation, which eliminates the need for housing modifications or special tools and lessens the need for additional pumps, the company said in a release. This design enhances installation flexibility, streamlining integration with power take-off (PTO) systems, and the size allows for direct mounting, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.

The pump’s pressure-compensating function delivers maximum flow until system pressure reaches a preset level, at which point it automatically de-strokes, providing only the necessary flow to maintain system pressure. This helps reduce heat generation and improve overall hydraulic efficiency, Eaton claims.

“By expanding our portfolio with Bezares’ innovative load sensing pump, Eaton continues to provide customers with advanced solutions that improve hydraulic system performance and efficiency,” said Brad Gulick, commercial product manager of mobile power group at Eaton’s Mobility Group. “This partnership enhances our ability to meet the evolving demands of mobile and industrial applications with reliable and high-performance components.”

The new Bezares variable flow pump is now available through Eaton’s distribution network.
