Eberspaecher Group has launched the Zeliox NEO 3600, an all-in-one energy management system designed to provide mobile power for work trucks and service vehicles.

Based on 48-volt technology, thinner cables and lighter battery packs are used to transmit more energy with lower losses, making it ideal for powering energy-intensive onboard devices.

The unit can be combined with 12-, 24-, 48- or 230-volt systems. An optional Zeliox control module connects directly to the battery and distributes power across six individually programmable channels, allowing operators to manage tools, lighting and charging stations separately.

The system can be charged through the vehicle’s generator using a DC/DC charging booster. As an alternative energy source, shore power or solar panels can be used in combination with the integrated charge controller.

A built-in colour display provides system information directly on the device, while app-based control is available through Bluetooth. The Zeliox NEO 3600 also includes an integrated 4G connection for remote access, allowing operators to monitor battery status, power consumption and system alerts.
