Fleetworthy has launched Toll360, an AI-powered toll management tool it says gives fleets real-time insight into toll costs and automates dispute resolution.

Toll360 uses GPS and ELD trip data to estimate tolls as soon as a trip ends, helping fleets avoid delays in understanding toll charges. As charges are posted, the platform compares actual travel to expected tolls, automatically flagging discrepancies, the company said in a news release.

When errors appear, Toll360 files and tracks disputes, logs credits, and removes the need for calls, emails or spreadsheets. It also spots incorrect toll rates, wrong transponder use, cost center issues and missing registrations.

Fleets access all data through the Bestpass by Fleetworthy portal. In a pilot with a 200-truck fleet, Toll360 recovered about $15 per truck per month in disputed tolls and saved up to 40 hours of manual admin work monthly, the company claims.
