Flo Components remotely monitors lube systems

by Today's Trucking

Flo Components has unveiled a remote monitoring telematics program for automatic lubrication systems.

FLOlink operates with any model of automatic lubrication system, offering remote, real-time checks on machine location, status, and history.

Emails are sent to key personnel when lubricant reservoirs are running low, or when fault codes are triggered. This can help manage and reduce refill service visits because the lube truck is only called in when the pump is low on grease, and before faults have a chance to escalate into bigger problems.

Managers can also use the tool to instantly generate reports for further analysis and planning.
