PORTLAND, Ore. — Freightliner Trucks has revamped its Web site, providing improved navigation, updated graphics and better photos the company says.
The new Web site also offers new search engines for new and used trucks as well as dealer parts and service information. The Web site can be viewed at www.freightlinertrucks.com.
“With this redesign, we wanted to increase the focus on our products and really showcase what we have to offer: the multiple configurations, the spacious interiors and the options available,” said Bruce Smalley, general manager, sales and marketing, Freightliner Trucks. “We also wanted to make the site more user-friendly so information is available quickly and easily.”
Viewers of the new Web site can search for vehicles by applications ranging from utility to owner/operator to logging. There’s also an interactive photo gallery for every Freightliner model, the company says.
The new site also features a trucker’s lounge which includes up-to-date NASCAR information and useful trucking industry links. Visitors can also purchase Freightliner merchandise online or post pictures of their own Freightliner trucks.
“It’s been two years since our last update and we feel this fresh, visually-appealing and informative redesign is sure to please everyone who visits the site,” Smalley added. “Our new web site is easy to use and gives users a much better view of the interior and exterior of our vehicles, while keeping them updated on the latest Freightliner Trucks news, events and product offerings.”
