Herd launched Gen 4, its next-generation grille guard lineup.

Gen 4 is available in black powder coat, satin, and polished finishes, and features a reinforced mounting system, improved materials, and updated styling, the company said in a news release. 

The company claims the new bumper design reduces the number of SKUs by fitting a wide range of trucks with the appropriate mounting kit. This simplifies ordering and stocking, Herd added.

“Gen 4 raises the bar with smarter engineering, a sleek new black finish option, and faster access across the board,” Dave Gata, Herd president said. “We’ve taken what drivers have asked for and turned it into a ready-to-ship lineup. It’s a smarter product and a smarter process.”
