NOVI, Mich. — Hino Trucks has enhanced its Web site to make it more customer-friendly and informative, the company has announced.

The site, which can be found at www.hino.com, was designed to be: creative; easy to surf; and quick to load, according to the medium-duty truck maker.

“Our goal was to present Hino Trucks online in a way that instills confidence and transforms the customer experience,” said Dominik Beckman, marketing manager.

New features of the site include: real-life vocational case studies; flash videos featuring the complete vehicle line-up; and an enhanced news section featuring breaking industry news.

The case studies allow customers to visualize Hino Trucks at work in their specific application, the company says.

“This new design was created specifically for our online audience of both new visitors and returning customers,” says Beckman. “Our Web site is often the first visual introduction a customer has to our product and this site is a continually evolving extension of our efforts to enhance brand value and build customer relationships. We set out to both showcase our trucks and provide an accessible, intuitive environment for Hino’s most important business component – our customer.”
