International dealer cuts ribbon at new B.C. facility

LANGLEY, B.C. — Harbour International Trucks unveiled its newest location at 19880-96th Ave. in Langley, B.C. last week.

Almost $2 million dollars has been invested to bring the facility online to service the needs of commercial truck buyers in the Fraser Valley, said Robert Owen General Manager of Harbour International Trucks.

Harbour is minutes away from
Highway 1, with access to the U.S. border

He said the location in the Port Kells area of Langley was carefully selected due to its proximity to the trucking community and the location’s situation on major Gateway Project transportation corridors.

It’s minutes away from Highway 1, with quick access to the U.S. border truck crossing.

The state-of-the-art facility offers a 12 bay service department, large parts warehouse, an indoor truck showroom, truck rentals, full service truck leasing and medium and heavy-duty truck sales.

“This is an exciting time for us," added Richard Ross, the recently appointed general sales manager for Harbour International Trucks. "We are investing in expanding our operations at a time when many in our industry are focused on cost reductions in personnel and facilities."

The franchise now has three facilities in Southwest B.C., with facilities in Langley, Coquitlam and Nanaimo.
