International’s truck tour to visit Toronto

TORONTO, Ont. — International Truck and Engine’s Taking it to the Streets tour will be making a stop in Toronto this month, providing an opportunity to review and test drive a variety of trucks.

The tour will visit the Downsview Hangar in Toronto on July 27-28. On display will be a number of International trucks including the CF, 4200, 4300, 4400 and severe-service 7000. Many of the vehicles can be driven through two specially-configured courses in the Ride and Drive Zone. These courses will allow you to test the engine performance and engine brake as well as get a feel for the trucks’ maneuverability and visibility.

There will also be a CF walk-around and engine display allowing visitors to obtain more detailed information on the advantages and benefits of International’s newest medium-duty trucks.

Also on-hand for review will be the 8600 day cab series and the soon to be released 4100 Class 5 conventional. International will also be demonstrating its new International AWARE vehicle intelligence system. To register, visit www.internationaltrucktour.com and sign up online.
