J. J. Keller offers two-in-one ELD, GPS tracking device
J. J. Keller has introduced a new two-in-one vehicle telematics device that serves as both an ELD and GPS vehicle tracker.
The VT100 is a compact, plug-and-play unit designed to reduce hardware complexity while enhancing operational oversight. It’s integrated into J. J. Keller’s Encompass fleet safety and compliance platform.
It can also be used as a standalone vehicle tracker.

Keller. “By combining ELD and GPS tracking into one device, we’re helping fleets reduce hardware costs, eliminate installation complexity, and gain real-time insights into both driver compliance and vehicle location.”
The device is designed for Classes 1-8 vehicles and connects via Bluetooth to the Encompass ELD mobile app.
Features include: real-time location, speed and trip history; geofencing and dwell time monitoring; automated IFTA and IRP reporting; engine fault code monitoring; odometer-triggered maintenance alerts, FMCSA-compliant ELD functionality; and compatibility with iPhone and Android.
