J. J. Keller updates FleetMentor system
J. J. Keller & Associates has launched an updated version of its FleetMentor system, offering new tools to help small and mid-sized fleets address safety and compliance challenges more efficiently.
The cloud-based platform includes a redesigned interface and new features tailored to companies with limited regulatory expertise or safety management resources. Enhancements were based on extensive user feedback, the company said in a news release.

A 2025 J. J. Keller Center for Market Insights study found that 48% of companies with 0-99 vehicles listed driver qualification file management as a top compliance concern, while 44% cited staying current with FMCSA regulations as their biggest challenge.
“Based on the needs of today’s busy professionals, we updated FleetMentor to be even more effective at helping them succeed in spite of often limited safety and compliance resources or regulatory expertise,” said Frances Crowley Yuronich, senior product manager of technology solutions at J. J. Keller, in the release.
Key updates include a customizable Profile Builder, a modernized user interface, enhanced driver training management tools with access to over 950 driver e-learning courses, and more flexible recordkeeping to track incidents, maintenance, inspections, and employee data.
Additional features are expected to launch later in 2025, including tools for MVR monitoring and DOT drug and alcohol testing. Existing FleetMentor users will be transitioned to the new system in the coming months.
