Kenworth publishes new air suspension brochure

KIRKLAND, Wash. — Kenworth Truck Company has published a brochure on its new generation of proprietary lightweight air-ride suspensions.

The brochure covers the AG400 series and AG380 lightweight suspensions. It includes a detailed specifications page on configuration, rated capacity, ride height, axle spacing, intended service, trailer and body type, maximum gross combination weight, installed weight, lift axles and torque restrictions.

The Kenworth AG400 suspension series, which went into production this spring, offers rear axle ratings of 40,000, 46,000 and 69,000 pounds. The Kenworth AG380 suspension is available in a 38,000-pound rear axle rating.
