Kenworth wins J.D. Power awards

KIRKLAND, Wash. — Kenworth has ranked highest for customer satisfaction in four J.D. Power and Associates categories for Class 8 trucks.

Truck owners voted Kenworth best in the categories of: Over-the-road; pickup & delivery; and dealer service.

Kenworth is extremely honoured to receive these three prestigious awards for the second consecutive year, said Bob Christensen, Kenworth general manager and PACCAR vice-president. Kenworth leads all competitive makes on performance, quality, and cost of ownership well above industry average scores. Kenworth also took top honours in the areas of dealer facility, service quality, service initiation and service advisor as part of the J.D. Power and Associates Heavy-Duty Truck Dealer Service award.
