Kooner Fleet Management Solutions launches FleetIQ

Kooner Fleet Management Solutions has introduced FleetIQ, a new technology platform designed to help fleets improve service management, reduce downtime, and make data-driven decisions.

FleetIQ uses real-time data, predictive scheduling, and automated dispatching to connect field technicians, drivers, and back-office teams.

“FleetIQ is the next step in our mission to transform fleet management,” said Gary Kooner, founder and CEO of Kooner Fleet Management Solutions, in a news release. “Fleets today face growing pressure to control costs, improve uptime, and navigate complex regulatory requirements. FleetIQ was purpose-built to meet those challenges head-on, giving fleet operators actionable intelligence, predictive insights, and a seamless user experience that drives real-world results.”

Key features include predictive analytics, intelligent dispatch automation that matches the right technician to the right job, two-way connectivity between technicians, drivers and customers, and integration with ERPs, CRMs, telematics, and routing systems. the platform is designed with a mobile-first interface, the company says.

According to the release, early deployments of FleetIQ have shown measurable results, including 40% faster service response times, 30% less vehicle downtime, and 25% fewer unnecessary work orders.
