Anthony Liftgates Inc. is now including a lifetime warranty on all bushings used in the company’s Tuckunder series liftgates. Highlighted as the industry’s first ‘Service-Free’ design, the bushings never require routine lubrication and never need to be replaced for the life of the liftgate. “The proprietary composite bushings have been especially successful in exceeding our expectations,” the company says.

Bushings are installed at all critical pivot points to help extend pin and arm life, while simultaneously eliminating routine lubrication. All pivot-point bushings are warranted against wear failure for the life of the liftgate to the original purchaser, including parts and labor.

Additional features and benefits of the Tuckunder lineup of liftgates include low-pressure hydraulics that are said to increase system life, including batteries and electrical components. There’s strong weatherproofing with special shot-blast and powder coating of all major components. Potted switches are standard on all models, along with heat-shrink silicone wire connections to help seal out moisture, and stainless-steel fasteners with anti-rotational terminals.
