Lincoln Electric meets multiple jobsite demands

Lincoln Electric’s Ranger Air 260MPX combines an air compressor, generator, battery charger, battery jump assist, and multi-process welder all in one.

A Vanair compressor delivers 40 cfm at 150 psi, which Lincoln Electric says is up to 30% more air than other machines in its class, making it possible to power tools up to a one-inch impact wrench.

The unit’s 26.5-hp Kohler electronic throttle body engine, meanwhile, delivers 10kW of AC power to accommodate electrified tools. Featuring a total harmonic distortion of less than 5%, it can even power electronics like laptops.

Adding to the features are the Ready.Set.Weld and ArcFX features to deliver stable, reliable arcs when welding.

The company says the Ranger Air 260MPX’s auto-stop/start technology and tap-to-start functions make it possible to save up to $1,200 in fuel and maintenance per year.
