ArvinMeritor’s Commercial Vehicle Systems (CVS) business now offers its web-based Literature on Demand function on DVD. Dubbed ‘LODonDVD’, this is aimed at customers who find it easier to work from a captured resource or who may not have access to the Internet at their fingertips.

LOD on DVD can be used on any personal or laptop computer and provides quick, easy-to-use navigation through the company’s complete inventory of literature publications.

Features include: fast access to CVS or Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket (CVA) publications, tabbed
identification of publication types, various sort features, a view/print option, and a shopping cart option to order copies of any publication in print. You can save your search results for future reference, and if you want more detail or access to interactive tools, the DVD can instantly link you to the company’s web site.

Quarterly updates are planned for the new DVD and copies can be ordered through the company’s literature
distribution center by calling 800/535-5560 and requesting publication TP-0742.

Note that you’ll need Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and .NET Framework 2.0. If you don’t have .NET
Framework, LODonDVD will offer to install it. Of course, you’ll also need Internet access to access some features.
