Mack releases Mack Dual Pack for SnowRunner game
Mack Trucks is bringing its vehicles to the digital world with its Mack Dual Pack downloadable content for SnowRunner, an off-road simulation video game. Available as of Feb. 11, it introduces the Mack TerraPro and Mack Pinnacle models.
The game challenges players to conquer extreme open environments with powerful vehicles while completing tough missions and objectives. According to the news release, it has gained a strong following among trucking and simulation enthusiasts since its launch in April 2020.
The Mack TerraPro, used for concrete pumper and refuse applications in real life, is adapted for SnowRunner’s rugged terrain, offering an ‘always-on’ differential lock and exceptional power-to-weight ratio for steep climbs and heavy cargo loads, Mack said in a release.
The Mack Pinnacle adds versatility to the game’s heavy-duty category, featuring higher fuel capacity and a switchable differential lock. It also includes an exclusive log trailer and crane, ideal for long-range logging missions.
“The addition of the TerraPro and Pinnacle models to SnowRunner demonstrates Mack’s commitment to engaging with our audience across multiple platforms,” said Cam Creech, senior manager of partnerships and licensing at Mack Trucks, in a release. “This collaboration allows players to experience firsthand the capability and reliability that Mack Trucks is known for, even in the most demanding virtual conditions.”
The Mack Dual Pack DLC will be available across major gaming platforms, including PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC, for U.S. $5.99.
