Mack rolls out tools to discover, build new Pioneer highway truck
Mack Trucks has come out with new digital tools to allow customers to customize their new Pioneer trucks.
Customers can virtually explore the truck using Mack Live Tours and then design their truck with the company’s Truck Builder.

“We’re excited to offer truck buyers two powerful ways to experience the all-new Mack Pioneer without leaving their home or office,” said Jonathan Randall, president of Mack Trucks North America. “The combination of our Live Tour experience and comprehensive Truck Builder platform creates a seamless digital journey from initial exploration to detailed customization, putting the customer in control at every step.”
The Mack Live Tour involves product specialists who offer a 30-minute complimentary overview of the truck via one-way video. Participants can engage by chat or audio.
The Truck Builder allows prospective customers to build their truck, customizing it to their liking. The tool provides a 3D rendering of the truck exterior and interior, and also allows customers to spec’ their powertrain, axles, suspension, and more.
