Manac resumes parts distribution

BOUCHERVILLE, Que. — In order to better meet customer needs, Manac has resumed the distribution of genuine parts at its service centers in Boucherville and Mississauga as well as at its parts counter in St. Nicolas, near Quebec City.

Since the beginning of 2008, customers have been able to procure Manac parts directly at the company’s service centers rather than going through an external distribution network. Parts that are furnished by suppliers, such as brakes and suspension components, are also available.

“When a carrier damages a corner or a rail on a van, he wants to be able to replace it quickly and get back on the road,” explains Richard Goudreau, customer service manager. “At Manac, client satisfaction is our top priority and we do whatever it takes to make it happen. We carry a healthy inventory of machined parts that are offered at highly competitive prices.”

Manac notes that it continues to offer maintenance and repair services for all makes of semi-trailers as well as free estimates.
