Mastery expands MasterMind TMS

Mastery Logistics Systems is expanding the reach of its MasterMind TMS, a cloud-native transportation management system, beyond large asset-based carriers to serve private fleets and shippers starting in Q4 2025.

Speaking at Truckload 2025, Danielle Prigge, chief commercial officer at Mastery, said the company is ready to bring that same scale and functionality to underserved markets. “Private fleets struggle with capturing and utilizing data,” she said, recalling her experience in the industry. “As of last week, we have already completed 60,000 transactions…the smallest fleet size that we support to date is north of 1,500 trucks.”

The cloud-native system is built to replace modular legacy TMS systems and offers a fully integrated platform where users can plan, execute, and settle freight in a single workflow.

Prigge says the system enables real-time capacity projections, improves asset tracking, and eliminates manual processes such as load building. MasterMind also offers automated workflows, trailer status visibility, and AI-driven optimization to improve efficiency across brokerage, asset, and planning operations.

In addition to brokerage and asset-based operations, Mastery says it is now expanding shipper-focused capabilities to optimize private and dedicated fleets. The Q4 release will include features that allow shippers to track inbound and outbound freight in one system, connect with third-party carriers, automate administrative tasks, and integrate with ERP systems for order management.
