McLeod Software has released Version 26.1, introducing new planning, financial and AI-driven tools aimed at helping fleets act on data faster.

The update delivers a unified interface with planning data embedded into workflows, allowing users to respond to exceptions such as detention without leaving primary screens. Rapid Alerts provide filtered notifications that link directly to orders, movements or tenders.

AI-powered MPact.RespondAI automates tasks such as accepting orders, responding to quotes and handling routine inquiries. A redesigned CRM Overview consolidates visibility into customers, prospects and performance metrics within one dashboard.

Planning workflows include bulk processing and built-in feasibility calculations so dispatchers can quickly assess routes, including multi-trailer scenarios. Carrier updates add a redesigned qualification view and mandatory contact verification to reduce fraud risk.

Financial enhancements include centralized payroll and settlements, an interactive accounts receivable collections screen and MPact.IQ receivable aging data. Driver Sidekick continues to provide automatic driver position updates and equipment tracking, the company said.
