Mitchell 1 shop software connects with fleet systems
Mitchell 1 has added fleet management and communication features to the latest version of its Manager SE Truck Edition shop management software.
Repair facilities using the software to track productivity can now integrate with the fleet management systems used by customers, making it possible to share estimates, service records, and other information.
Fleets can send service requests directly from their fleet management system, enabling the service provider to accept the work, share estimates, get approvals, and even be paid. The final repair record is also shared with the fleet management system, maintaining service histories for fleets and shops alike.
FleetNet America is the first fleet management system to integrate with Manager SE Truck Edition.
